About the Client
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
to oversee window and glazing projects across residential and commercial sites in New York. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources.
- Plan schedules, budgets, and procurement to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for management.
About the Candidate
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, glazing, or windows.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in the Bronx and travel to multiple project locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
