Just Construction is partnered with a well-established luxury residential general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-end custom homes throughout South Florida.

The company is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 10,000+ sq. ft. waterfront custom residence in Stuart, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working on highly detailed, architecturally complex homes and wants to play a key role in delivering a prestigious one-off residential project.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful management and delivery of the 10,000+ sq. ft. waterfront custom residence in Stuart.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the project from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent and project team.
• Manage project budgets, costs, contracts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor buyout and procurement.
• Review plans, specifications and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and vendor change orders.
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain regular communication with the homeowner, architect, designer and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and schedule.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate material selections, procurement and long-lead items.
• Identify potential project issues and develop solutions before they impact cost or schedule.
• Review subcontractor invoices, pay applications and project expenditures.
• Work closely with the field team to ensure construction follows the plans, specifications and required quality standards.
• Manage punch list, final inspections and project closeout.
• Ensure the homeowner receives a high-quality finished product and exceptional overall project experience.

We are looking for an experienced Custom Home Project Manager with a proven track record managing high-end residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of construction experience, with significant high-end custom home experience.
• Proven experience managing luxury residential projects valued at $5M+.
• Experience managing large-scale custom residences, ideally 8,000–10,000+ sq. ft.
• Strong understanding of the complete construction process from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts and project documentation.
• Strong subcontractor and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing change orders, RFIs, submittals and pay applications.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials and residential building systems.
• Experience working closely with owners, architects, designers, consultants and field teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard project management tools.
