My client is a dynamic and growing real estate development and construction firm specializing in high-quality multi-family residential projects throughout Central Florida. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multi-family construction projects on time and within budget.  

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.  

• OSHA certification (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour) is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the Orlando area.

The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects in the Orlando area. This role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will work closely with project stakeholders, including internal development teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
