About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

Experience in commercial construction is required.

Experience in Life Science or Healthcare construction is highly desired but not essential.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license.

About the Candidate
Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Financial Management:

Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, change order management, and progress billing.

Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payment applications.

Track project expenses and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Maintain clear and consistent communication, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quality & Safety:

Implement and enforce a robust safety program, ensuring a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Resolve any quality issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
