Project Planning and Initiation:

Project Execution and Management:

Oversee all aspects of the construction process from groundbreaking to closeout.

Manage and coordinate the activities of general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, healthcare regulations (e.g., AHCA in Florida), and safety standards (OSHA).

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications.

Manage change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals effectively.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication.
Financial Management:

Manage the project budget, track expenses, and approve invoices.

Develop and maintain accurate project financial reports.

Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Negotiate with contractors and suppliers as needed.
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:

Safety Management:

Champion a strong safety culture on all project sites.

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
Project Closeout:

Manage the project closeout process, including punch lists, final inspections, and commissioning.
