• Effectively manage project schedules, BIM coordination, material procurement, subcontractors, resources, and project documentation using industry-standard project management software.

• Manage the processing of Owner Change Orders, Subcontractor Change Orders, RFIs, and project closeout documentation.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installations meet or exceed approved submittals, shop drawings, and quality standards in support of the overall project schedule.

• Oversee and maintain records for all project submittals, including product data, shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups, coordinating approvals with subcontractors, the design team, and owners to avoid delays.

• Manage and update all contract drawings and specifications with supplemental design information to ensure field operations have access to the most current documents.

• Prepare meeting agendas and accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to all project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the project team during preconstruction to support project planning and design, review constructability, resolve design conflicts, and assist with bidding, subcontractor solicitations, and scope reviews.

• Work with mentors to implement and maintain safe working conditions, ensuring personnel efficiency aligns with project goals and division profitability.
