This position will lead the execution of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects within a general contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects or large-scale assignments from preconstruction through closeout
• Establish project objectives, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, engineers, and stakeholders
• Oversee construction and financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes
• Lead project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management
• Drive collaboration across project teams including field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress, analyze costs, manage change orders, and maintain documentation
• Promote a strong safety culture and quality execution standards
This role operates in a self-perform GC environment, requiring close coordination of civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

Required Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience managing water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects
• Background working with a general contractor (preferred self-perform environment)
• Ability to manage projects $5M+ in value or larger
Strong knowledge of:
• Project scheduling and budgeting
• Contract administration and change orders
• Cost tracking, forecasting, and financial controls
• Construction means & methods across civil/mechanical/electrical scopes
• Track record of client interaction and relationship management
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams
Typical Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
