Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of job budgeting, including accurate setup, reporting, accounts payable/receivable, change management, and cost negotiations.

• Lead a single project with a focus on safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and quality control. Collaborate with Project Engineers and Superintendents on cost and profitability reporting.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 in collaboration with the Superintendent. Manage procurement, subcontractors, documentation, and project communication tools such as submittals and RFIs.

• Work with senior leadership to set performance goals, support staff training and mentorship, and participate in recruitment efforts.

• Partner with the Preconstruction Manager during early project planning, including estimating, site logistics, constructability review, and scope development.

• Support and coordinate 3D BIM modeling and trade coordination efforts alongside the Virtual Construction Team.

• Foster strong internal and external relationships and engage in community and customer-related initiatives.

This role leads and oversees the safe and effective daily operations of a single construction project or multiple projects totaling up to $30 million. It may also support larger, more complex projects. Responsibilities include setting project objectives and policies, maintaining client relationships, and monitoring both construction progress and financial performance to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values.
