• End-to-End Project Ownership: Execute full life-cycle delivery of Division 28 fire alarm systems, managing projects from estimate handoff through AHJ acceptance and final closeout.

• Financial & Revenue Management: Drive project profitability by managing job costs, monthly forecasting, cash flow, and billing schedules; negotiate change orders and maintain zero-aged receivables.

• Submittals & AHJ Approvals: Direct submittal processing, RFIs, and shop drawings, maintaining compliance with NFPA 72, NEC, and local fire codes to accelerate field approvals.

• Procurement & Field Operations: Lead material takeoffs, vendor purchasing, and look-ahead schedule alignment to optimize field sequencing and labor productivity.

• Quality Control & Jobsite Oversight: Conduct regular site walks and lead Monthly Project Controlling (MPC) reviews to enforce quality, track progress, and correct budget variances.

• Acceptance & Closeout: Coordinate pre-testing and final inspection with local Fire Marshals/AHJs, delivering seamless turnover packages (as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties).

• Leadership & Team Mentorship: Direct cross-functional communication with GCs, electrical subcontractors, and internal field teams while mentoring Assistant Project Managers (APMs).

• 5+ Years of Specialized Experience: Proven track record managing Division 28 fire alarm and life safety projects from pre-construction to AHJ final acceptance.

• Licensed & Code-Compliant: Hold active Fire Alarm Licensing with deep working knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, and local fire codes.

• Financial & Project Governance: Experienced in managing project budgets, job cost forecasting, scheduling, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.

• Stakeholder & AHJ Leadership: Strong communicator skilled at building relationships with GCs, electrical primes, vendors, and local Fire Marshals.

• Tech-Savvy Operations: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and modern construction PM / job-costing software platforms.

• Mobile & Field-Ready: Possess a valid driver’s license with flexibility for jobsite travel and progress walk-throughs.
