About the Role
- Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reporting
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope alignment
- Lead buyout and subcontractor/vendor negotiations
- Partner with Superintendents to support field operations and manpower planning
- Track and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively address project challenges
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and job cost controls
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management software and budgeting tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
