- Project Leadership: Own the day-to-day management of assigned electrical construction projects
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes
- Scope & Schedule: Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality assurance
- Sector Focus: Exposure to data center projects is advantageous, but not essential

About the Candidate
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented project manager with a strong foundation in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 5–10+ years in the construction industry, with recent experience in a project management or operations role
- Well-Rounded Skillset (Ideal): Strong administrative/project control skills paired with a solid understanding of technical scope-of-work execution
- Sector Experience (Ideal): Some exposure to data center projects
- Industry Experience (Ideal): Previous experience as a project manager with an electrical contractor
- Sector Experience (Concessions): Candidates without data center experience will still be considered if they bring relevant, transferable project experience
- Background Flexibility: Candidates from other trades or general contractors may be considered if they show strong potential to adapt to the electrical contracting environment
- Balanced Skills (Concession): Applicants with deeper experience in either the administrative or technical sphere (but not both) may still be a strong fit
