As Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for coordinating commercial drywall projects from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial drywall projects.

• Overseeing project schedules, documentation, submittals and change orders.

• Working closely with Superintendents, Foremen and field teams to coordinate site activities.

• Monitoring project costs, budgets, progress and deadlines.

• Coordinating with general contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

• Identifying and resolving project issues, delays and changes.

• Maintaining accurate project records and communicating progress to relevant parties.

• Building strong working relationships with clients and supporting repeat business.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial drywall professional to take ownership of projects, contribute to a growing contractor and play an important role in the company's continued development.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects within commercial drywall, metal framing or commercial interiors. You'll be comfortable coordinating project activities, working alongside field teams and managing the administrative and commercial responsibilities associated with successful project delivery.

You'll be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with clients, general contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
