Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Interiors

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Salary:$100,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits (DOE)

About the Company

Our client is a growing commercial drywall contractor based in South Florida, delivering structural and light-gauge framing, drywall, insulation and EIFS packages across commercial, healthcare, institutional and industrial projects throughout the state. They have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, repeat business and long-term client relationships.

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they're looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their Pompano Beach office.

The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial drywall and framing projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial drywall, metal framing and EIFS projects.
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling and forecasting.
• Coordinate field staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Build strong relationships with General Contractors, owners and architects.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and financial targets.
• Support estimating and project turnover when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial drywall or interior systems.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, metal framing and EIFS.
• Experience managing projects from $500K to $10M+.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is preferred.
