About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of envelope cladding projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Monitor and track project progress, addressing any deviations to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Manage risk by identifying potential challenges and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and compliance documents.
Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained throughout.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage costs and maintain commercial awareness of project expenses.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges or requirements.

About the Candidate

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in envelope cladding project management.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of envelope cladding systems, materials, and installation processes.
Project Management: Expertise in programming, planning, and monitoring project activities using Microsoft Project.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Risk Management: Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risks proactively.
IT and Reporting: Proficiency in IT tools and reporting systems to maintain organized and detailed project records.
Financial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and site-based financial activities.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Willing to work and stay away for extented periods of time
