My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from award through completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing, storefront and curtain wall systems, with the ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships.

This position requires an individual who can take ownership of multiple projects, coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

• Manage commercial glazing projects from contract award through fabrication, installation and final closeout.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, material delivery and overall project performance.

• Review project drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.

• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Manage shop drawing submissions, engineering coordination and material approvals.

• Work closely with the fabrication and warehouse teams to ensure materials are produced and delivered in line with project schedules.

• Monitor project costs, change orders, progress billings and payment applications.

• Identify potential project risks, delays and cost overruns, implementing solutions where necessary.

• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Manage project documentation, punch lists and final closeout.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial glazing or architectural aluminum.

• Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, window wall and related glazing systems.

• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.

• Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling, procurement and change order management.

• Experience coordinating with general contractors, suppliers, fabrication teams and field personnel.

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
