About the Client
Our client is hiring a seasoned Project Manager
with at least 5 years of direct façade system experience. This role oversees the full lifecycle of cladding projects, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and exceptional client satisfaction.
About the Role
- Manage façade projects from award through closeout, including engineering, drafting, procurement, fabrication, and installation oversight.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, RFI logs, change orders, and submittal packages.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, GCs, vendors, field crews, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead progress meetings, site visits, and milestone reviews.
- Review shop drawings for accuracy and constructability.
- Monitor installation progress, resolving technical issues and ensuring alignment with design standards.
- Maintain strong cost-control discipline, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure projects adhere to contract scope, safety standards, and quality expectations.
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of project management experience specifically in façade, ACM, plate, or architectural cladding systems.
- Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, building envelope systems, and exterior detailing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
