  • Function as the principal executive sponsor for major technology clients (hyperscalers/co-location providers), pharmaceutical owners, and industrial developers.

  • Maintain direct accountability for client satisfaction, securing repeat business, and expanding market share in target sectors.

  • Collaborate with business development and preconstruction teams to lead RFP responses, technical presentations, and executive interviews.

  • Guide teams through long-lead equipment procurement (generators, chillers, AHUs, specialized process piping, MV/HV electrical equipment).

  • Ensure total alignment with high-spec technical standards, including cGMP, ISO cleanroom classifications, Commissioning (Cx/iCx), and Uptime Institute Data Center Tier Certifications.

  • Implement robust risk mitigation strategies covering supply chain volatility, labor capacity, contract liabilities, and complex commissioning schedules.

  • Maintain P&L responsibility for the assigned sector/portfolio, including revenue forecasting, margin retention, and cash flow optimization.

  • Approve master project budgets, monthly owner billings, high-value subcontract awards, and major change orders.

  • Drive contractual negotiations and dispute resolution with owners, trade partners, and design teams.

  • Drive an uncompromising "Zero Harm" safety culture across all job sites, tailored to high-hazard industrial environments and energized commissioning states.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs specific to process piping validation, cleanroom integrity, and continuous power/cooling infrastructure.

About the Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).

  • Sector Expertise: Minimum 7+ years leading large-scale projects in at least two of the primary sectors:

    • Data Centers: Hyperscale, co-location, central utility plants, medium/high-voltage power.

    • Pharma/Biotech: cGMP facilities, cleanrooms, oral solid dosage (OSD), API manufacturing, process piping.

    • Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing: Battery/EV plants, semiconductor fabs, heavy manufacturing facilities.

  • Proven track record managing individual projects exceeding $150M+ or portfolios over $400M+.
