Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and grow a regional office in Athens, GA. This is a leadership opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing business, and overseeing the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office's operations, supporting project teams, driving business development, and expanding the company's presence throughout the region.

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Athens office.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Grow existing client relationships and secure repeat business.
• Develop project strategies, staffing plans, and operational goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as required.
• Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement regional growth strategies.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
• Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Division Manager.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent commercial projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and mentoring staff.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and operational management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
