We are currently partnered with a market leading cast in place concrete specialist in the South East.

There revenue is close to $100m and they have a very strong market presence from Virignia down to Atlanta, working on multi-family and commercial projects on concrete packages up to $10m in value.

They are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Executive to lead our concrete construction operations in the Raleigh, NC market

• The Project Executive will be responsible for the overall financial performance, operational excellence, and client relationships for a portfolio of large-scale concrete projects.

• This senior-level role requires a blend of leadership, business acumen, and deep technical knowledge of concrete construction. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, mentor project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

• Executive Oversight: Provide high-level oversight and leadership for multiple concrete projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities, including client relationship management, networking, and identifying new project opportunities in the Raleigh-Durham area.

• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability. Work with project managers to implement cost controls and make strategic financial decisions.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, superintendents, and other construction professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.

• Client Relations: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Resolve high-level issues and navigate complex contractual matters.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning, focusing on market growth, operational efficiency, and innovation within the concrete construction sector.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in concrete  construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.

• Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of all phases of concrete construction, from foundation and structural work to finishing and specialty applications.

• Proficiency with industry-standard project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore).

• Strong understanding of contract law, change order management, and financial reporting.
