About the Client
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procore Specialist
to manage and optimize our use of Procore
across all projects. This role will be responsible for system administration, project setup, workflow optimization, and training internal teams to ensure efficient use of the platform. The Procore Specialist will work closely with project managers, estimators, and accounting teams to ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
About the Role

Administer and maintain the Procore platform across all company projects.

Set up new projects, folders, permissions, and workflows within the system.

Manage and maintain RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, and document control.

Support project teams with daily Procore usage and troubleshooting.

Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices.

Provide training and onboarding for employees on Procore tools and features.

Generate and maintain project reports, dashboards, and data tracking.

Coordinate Procore integrations with accounting, scheduling, and estimating systems.

Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and compliant.

Assist with process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within operations.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Procore.
About the Candidate
- 3–5+ years of experience working with Procore in a construction environment.

Strong understanding of construction project management workflows .

Experience managing RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, and document control within Procore.

Ability to train and support project managers, field teams, and office staff .

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Experience working with commercial construction projects preferred.
