• Oversee the pre-construction phase for high-rise commercial projects incorporating unitized curtain wall systems.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate curtain wall systems into building plans.
• Lead a team of pre-construction professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from design to project initiation.
• Review project plans, specifications, and budgets to ensure accuracy and feasibility, particularly for curtain wall and façade systems.
• Conduct thorough value engineering to optimize design, cost, and performance, focusing on the specific needs of unitized and curtain wall applications.
• Manage the evaluation of material procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers for curtain wall systems and other façade components.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to curtain wall systems.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor risk management processes and propose effective solutions for project issues, particularly those related to the façade.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in curtain wall systems.

• 5+ years of pre-construction management experience in high-rise and commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with unitized curtain wall systems and other façade applications.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and building envelopes.
• Proven track record of managing projects in the $10M - $50M range, especially in high-rise developments.
• Extensive experience in value engineering, procurement, and subcontractor coordination for curtain wall systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the Florida construction market, including local regulations, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in pre-construction management software and project tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
