Our client is a nationally recognised Tier 1 General Contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering complex, high-profile hospitality projects across the United States. Due to continued growth within their Texas operations, they are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Director to lead their Hospitality Division based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing preconstruction activities on luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use hospitality developments valued up to $150 million.

• Lead preconstruction efforts for hospitality projects valued up to $150M.
• Develop and execute comprehensive preconstruction strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Direct estimating, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling and constructability reviews.
• Manage the preparation of conceptual estimates, GMPs, hard bids and negotiated proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and consultants.
• Lead presentations, interviews and client negotiations during pursuit phases.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement strategy and market engagement.
• Mentor and develop estimating and preconstruction teams.

• 15+ years of preconstruction and estimating experience within a leading General Contractor.
• Previous experience leading preconstruction teams on hospitality projects.
• Proven delivery of hotel and resort developments valued between $50M and $150M+.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, budgeting, procurement and value engineering.
• Experience with negotiated work, GMP contracts and CMAR delivery.
