About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead day-to-day plumbing operations across multiple active sites, ensuring effective manpower management, high-quality workmanship, and client satisfaction.

- Oversee daily plumbing installations and repairs across multiple job sites
- Coordinate manpower and site activities (managing up to 10 operatives)
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and relevant codes/regulations
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project flow
- Track job progress and report to senior management on key milestones and timelines
- Conduct site inspections and implement quality control procedures
- Address and resolve onsite issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain documentation and enforce adherence to company protocols and procedures
Package:
- Hourly Rate: $32 – $40 p/h (based on experience)
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on experience across multi-site operations.
