About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead day-to-day plumbing operations across multiple active sites, ensuring effective manpower management, high-quality workmanship, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily plumbing installations and repairs across multiple job sites
  • Coordinate manpower and site activities (managing up to 10 operatives)
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and relevant codes/regulations
  • Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project flow
  • Track job progress and report to senior management on key milestones and timelines
  • Conduct site inspections and implement quality control procedures
  • Address and resolve onsite issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain documentation and enforce adherence to company protocols and procedures

Package:
  • Hourly Rate: $32 – $40 p/h (based on experience)
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks
  • Company Vehicle & Fuel Card provided

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on experience across multi-site operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues to avoid project delays
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company procedures
