The Role

As Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from contract award through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Review plans, specifications and contract documents
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement
• Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers and subcontractors
• Work closely with field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Monitor project costs, billing, forecasting and financial performance
• Lead and participate in project meetings
• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets contractual, quality and safety requirements
• Manage project closeout and final documentation
