The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will take a hands-on leadership role overseeing plumbing crews and daily field operations on commercial projects throughout the Atlanta area.

The role will involve coordinating crews, manpower, materials, and equipment while working closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

The Foreman will be responsible for reading and interpreting plans and specifications, monitoring quality and productivity, identifying and resolving field issues, and ensuring work is completed correctly and to a high standard.

This is a field leadership position suited to someone who is comfortable leading by example, making decisions on the jobsite, holding crews accountable, and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and project teams.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial plumbing professional with previous experience as a Plumbing Foreman, Lead Foreman, Lead Plumber, or similar field leadership position.

The successful candidate will:

• Have significant commercial plumbing construction experience
• Understand commercial plumbing installation and jobsite processes
• Be able to read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications
• Have experience leading and coordinating plumbing crews
• Be confident working with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
• Be organized and capable of keeping work progressing according to schedule
• Have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Take pride in quality workmanship and jobsite standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
• Take ownership of their work and follow through on commitments
• Be dependable, hands-on, and willing to lead from the field
