About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial plumbing projects across the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale commercial, healthcare, or multifamily plumbing installations and be confident leading crews in the field to deliver quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on-site.

• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and project specifications.

• Plan material and manpower needs; coordinate deliveries and inspections.

• Ensure all work meets local codes, company standards, and safety regulations.

• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to track progress and resolve field issues.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper installation and system testing.

• Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers.

• Complete daily reports, time sheets, and assist with change orders as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial construction.

• 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead position preferred.

• Proficient in reading plumbing drawings and coordinating with other trades.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and safety standards.

• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites around the Tampa area.

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.
