About the Role

Supervise and coordinate the installation of plumbing systems on commercial and multi-family construction projects

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations

Manage field crews, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines

Oversee material orders, tool inventory, and jobsite logistics
-
Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot plumbing system issues

Ensure compliance with all safety policies and plumbing codes
About the Candidate
Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience
-
Previous experience in a foreman or lead role

Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
-
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
-
Ability to manage crews and communicate effectively
-
Valid driver’s license
