Our client, a leading multi-discipline roofing contractor known for its comprehensive solutions and exceptional client relationships, is seeking an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering both refurbishment and new build roofing projects across the UK, from domestic properties to large-scale commercial developments.

As a Roofing Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will leverage your extensive roofing knowledge to provide expert guidance, from initial design concepts to project completion. This client prides themselves on a proactive and communicative approach, building strong relationships with clients and their extensive supply chain.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including design advice, durability considerations, and waste management.

• Client Liaison: Maintain regular, honest communication with clients, understanding their exact needs and expectations to ensure tailored solutions.

• Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of various roofing systems, including flat roofing, pitched roofing, metal roofing, over-clad solutions, and eco-roofing.

• Design & Specification: Work collaboratively with design engineers to offer site-specific design solutions for elements like PPC cappings, fascia, and soffit.

• Surveys & Analysis: Conduct on-site surveys and electronic leak detection surveys.

• Health & Safety/CDM: Manage all health and safety and CDM aspects for services and works carried out.

• Team Collaboration: Integrate seamlessly with internal teams, including scaffolding services, to provide a 'one-stop' solution for clients.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roofing industry, with a strong background in both refurbishment and new build projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems and technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering added value.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and CDM aspects.
