The company is a facades contractor based in Atlanta, specializing in the installation of architectural metal panel systems. It works on commercial construction projects, delivering high-quality building envelope solutions with a focus on precision, durability, and modern design. The team collaborates closely with general contractors and design partners to successfully execute metal panel facades that meet project performance and aesthetic requirements.

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial facades and metal panel projects, including ACM systems
• Review project drawings, specifications, and RFIs to develop accurate material and labor take-offs
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and general contractors to ensure bid accuracy
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes, labor rates, and material costs to develop comprehensive project budgets
• Identify potential project risks and provide cost-saving recommendations
• Maintain and update historical estimating data for future projects
• Support the preconstruction team in proposal development and client presentations

• 5+ years of experience in the facades industry, with emphasis on commercial projects
• Proven experience with architectural metal panel systems, including ACM panels
• Strong background in construction estimating for building envelope and facade projects
• Ability to prepare accurate take-offs, material quantities, and cost estimates
• Familiarity with subcontractor pricing, labor rates, and project budgeting
• Experience coordinating with project teams, architects, and general contractors for bid development
• Knowledge of building envelope systems, fabrication, and installation processes
