Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of plumbing/mechanical projects including planning, procurement, execution, and close-out.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with estimators and design teams.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal labor to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and site issues.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., ASME, OSHA, local plumbing codes).
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues proactively.
- Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory management.
- Maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project logs.
- Perform site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specs.
- Lead and participate in project meetings and handover processes.
- Manage project close-out including punch list resolution, commissioning, and client turnover.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing project management, preferably in [commercial / residential / industrial] sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects valued at [$X - $X] on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/plumbing systems and industry best practices.
- Familiar with local and national plumbing and mechanical codes and standards.
