About the Role
Lead technician – Install / Projects
This position involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring projects adhere to safety codes ( NFPA 70 & NFPA 72 ) and industry standards.
Good Trouble shooting and repairs experience is essential and the desire to mentor junior personnel and implement new procedures would be desirable.
Proven Knowledge of panels such as Siemens, Notifier, EST, Honeywell, Fire-lite & Silent is needed.
Programming skills would be welcomed, together with proven Project delivery.
This role will lead the successful applicant in gaining a more Senior position within the Business.

About the Candidate
5-7 years proven Fire Industry knowledge / related tech industries.
FAS BASA
A good array of Panel knowledge, Siemens would be welcomed.
Ideally NICET 1 , maybe NICET 11 as well.
Good checkable work history and background.
Excellent customer / client facing skills
Be able to lead and mentor a team.
Deliver a project within budget and on time.
