About the Role

Create and develop roofing and cladding design solutions for various projects.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications.

Assist in streamlining the in-house design process (previously subcontracted).

Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to complex design projects.
About the Candidate

4–6 years’ experience in a design role within the construction sector (roofing and cladding experience essential).

Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing team environment.

Willingness to work from the office (flexibility available).
