We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsperson / Designer to join a growing team specialising in bespoke washroom solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical design experience and a practical understanding of joinery and fit-out environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and design solutions for a range of washroom projects. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help ensure designs are practical, compliant, and delivered on time.

• Produce detailed drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure feasibility
• Manage workloads effectively to meet project deadlines
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required

Requirements

• Proven experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
• Understanding of carpentry and joinery principles
• Full UK driving licence (essential due to office location)

Package

• Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
• Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 3-month probation period
