About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee multiple active job sites, ensuring smooth delivery, team coordination, and client satisfaction.
Package:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites
- Coordinate site activities and manpower (up to 20 operatives total)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Track progress and report to senior management on timelines and milestones
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Assist in resolving onsite issues to minimize project delays
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company protocols
Package:
- Hourly Rate: $40 – $48 p/h (based on experience)
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on experience across multi-site operations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent or similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews up to 20.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews of varying sizes
- Valid driver’s license (required for company vehicle use)
- OSHA certification or relevant health & safety training preferred
