About the Role
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.

About the Candidate
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a related technical role in the HVAC industry.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system components, controls, and preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in managing service schedules, documenting work performed, and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
