With a solid foundation in place, we’re focused on scaling the business over the next few years through strategic hires and improved operational systems. This role will play a key part in that growth journey.

• Manage HVAC projects across commercial sectors including multifamily, education, and mission-critical environments
• Lead project planning, resource management, and scheduling
• Take ownership of site safety, quality, cost control, and legal responsibilities
• Work closely with leadership on improving processes and operational scalability
• Hire, develop, and when necessary, exit team members as we grow

• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (Project Manager) | $130,000 – $170,000 (Operations Manager, once promoted)
• PTO: 10 days
• 401(k): 4% match on a 5% contribution
• Healthcare: 70% of individual plan covered
