Role Overview
This role is for an experienced HVAC professional ready to step up into leadership. You’ll lead by example in the field while supervising a small service team (4 technicians), supporting daily operations, and assisting with customer relationship management and sales opportunities. Over the next 1–2 years, this role is designed to evolve into a full Service Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance on commercial and light industrial systems.
- Supervise and support a team of 4 service technicians—providing mentoring, field guidance, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow for service calls and maintenance contracts.
- Serve as the go-to technical lead for complex diagnostics and customer escalations.
- Assist in quoting small jobs, identifying service upsell opportunities, and generating repair proposals.
- Collaborate with company leadership to improve operational processes and service delivery standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and timely service.
- Help monitor KPIs, job costing, and technician productivity.
- Act as a liaison between field technicians, office staff, and senior management.
