We are working in partnership with a well-established M&E contractor based in London, known for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical services across the hospitality sector. With two major ongoing contracts covering pub groups, restaurants, and hotel chains, this contractor offers a steady pipeline of work and a strong reputation for reliability and excellence. About the Role
- Proven experience servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on HVAC systems in commercial settings such as pubs, restaurants, and hotel chains
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, ventilation, and split/multi-split units
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration – desirable
- F-Gas.
- Ability to work independently across a range of service and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused attitude and professional communication on client sites
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy – key traits highly valued by the business
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
About the Candidate
Package:
- Up to £45,000
- Call out rota - 1 in 4/5 weeks - £200 call out retainer (6am - 10pm)
- Paid travel from job to job.
- 45 hour week - any over paid at time & half.
- Company van, fuel card, & phone.
- Company profit bonus - paid each November.
- FGAS required.
