As a full-service commercial HVAC provider, we deliver system maintenance, repairs, energy solutions, installations, and tailored service agreements to support a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and spearhead growth across Central and Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a proactive “hunter” who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and winning new business in the large commercial HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the Tampa market (Spring Hill to Fort Myers).

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within healthcare, mission-critical, and industrial sectors.

• Focus on large commercial HVAC projects, including packaged units, chiller systems, and cooling towers.

• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through new account acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development or sales within the commercial HVAC industry.

• Strong knowledge of packaged units, chiller systems, and cooling tower applications.

• Experience working with large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or industrial clients.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently across a large territory.
