About the Role

The Role

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll play an integral role in coordinating commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial interior construction projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers and field operations.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
  • Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to support project schedules.
  • Track project costs, budgets and progress to support successful project delivery.
  • Attend site visits and project meetings, maintaining strong communication with clients, General Contractors and internal teams.
  • Support project reporting, forecasting and closeout activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
