Requirements

• Experience:  5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and commercial installation practices.
• Blueprint & Document Skills:  Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints, schematics, and specifications, and coordinate effectively across trades.
• Leadership & Communication:  Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to mentor crews, foster accountability, and maintain high morale on the jobsite.
• Problem-Solving:  Decisive and proactive in resolving issues as they arise, ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.
• Safety:  OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Transportation:  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
