About the Client
seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential glazing projects from contract award through final completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, communicating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple glass and glazing projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeout.
- Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and installation timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and profitability.
- Coordinate with estimating, drafting, fabrication, and field installation teams.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, building codes, and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts proactively.
- Track and process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, permits, and closeout documentation.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
About the Candidate
Preferred
- Experience in commercial glass, storefront, curtain wall, window wall, and specialty glazing systems.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar construction software.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
