The company is recognized for delivering high-density multifamily communities, podium structures, and complex urban developments across multiple concurrent job sites.

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead the field execution of multiple large-scale residential construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from 200–300 unit podium-style and mixed-use developments. This role is responsible for overall site leadership, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, quality control, and coordination across multiple active jobs (typically 5–6 concurrent projects depending on phase and complexity).

The ideal candidate is a proven field leader with strong experience in mid-rise / high-density multifamily construction, capable of managing multiple superintendents and ensuring consistent execution standards across all projects.

Project & Field Leadership

• Oversee all on-site construction activities across multiple active projects simultaneously
• Lead and support project-level Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
• Establish consistent field execution standards across all job sites
• Ensure alignment between field operations, project management, and ownership expectations

Multi-Project Oversight

• Manage approximately 5–6 concurrent multifamily / mixed-use projects
• Balance manpower, sequencing, and resource allocation across all sites
• Identify risk across projects and implement corrective action plans
• Support project teams in resolving complex field coordination issues

Schedule & Production Management

• Drive and monitor master schedules and short-interval (3–6 week look-ahead) plans
• Ensure milestone delivery across all projects
• Coordinate sequencing for podium structures, vertical construction, and site logistics
• Proactively manage schedule conflicts between projects and trades

Quality & Safety Leadership

• Enforce strict site safety standards across all projects
• Lead safety culture initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Conduct regular site visits and quality audits
• Ensure consistent workmanship standards across all developments

Subcontractor & Trade Coordination

• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination across multiple jobs
• Resolve trade conflicts and maintain productivity across sites
• Support procurement, logistics, and material flow strategies
• Ensure efficient coordination of structural, MEP, façade, and finishing trades

Team Development & Communication

• Mentor and develop field leadership teams (Superintendents / Foremen)
• Conduct regular site leadership meetings and performance reviews
• Serve as primary field escalation point for complex issues
• Maintain clear communication with Project Executives and Operations leadership

Reporting & Documentation

• Ensure consistent daily reporting across all job sites
• Track progress, manpower, safety metrics, and production performance
• Provide executive-level updates on project status, risks, and forecasting
