About the Client
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Flat Roofing Site Manager to oversee projects for a key client in the London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of flat roofing projects, from inception to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
About the Role

Manage and supervise flat roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Oversee site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Liaise effectively with clients, architects, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

Manage site personnel, including sub-contractors, fostering a productive and safe working environment.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently.

Prepare and maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
About the Candidate

Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the flat roofing sector.

In-depth knowledge of various flat roofing systems (e.g., single-ply, felt, liquid, asphalt).

Strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
-
First Aid at Work certification is desirable.

Full UK driving license.
