Our client is a growing Fire Protection company with 8 offices across the US. From complex builds to fast-paced schedules, they have delivered on projects of every size while building strong, lasting partnerships across the industry. 

While Texas remains their home base, their footprint continues to grow. My clients is licensed in 15 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Wherever they go, their mission stays the same: to make the communities they serve safer.

• Perform on site surveys
• Prepare fire alarm drawings using AutoCAD based from working both site visits and architectural prints
• Calculate, design and coordinate a project from beginning to end
• Coordinate technical documents with other disciplines/contractors
• Modify and/or create processes to ensure consistent production and document control 
• Assist superintendents and field personnel on system and code applications
• Assist sales department with system configuration, specification review and code applications for estimating projects
• Maintain project drawing files and records

• Strong knowledge of industry codes such as IFC, NFPA, IBC, and NEC
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to travel as needed
• 75% Office Setting / 25% on Site Visits
