About the Client

My client is an established commercial construction contractor with a strong focus on drywall, framing and interior construction. They work across a range of active commercial projects and have built a reputation for delivering quality work while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors, subcontractors and project partners.

The company is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Field Supervisor to their team to help oversee field operations across multiple projects.

About the Role

This is a hands-on supervisory position suited to someone with a strong construction background who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

About the Role

  • Supervise field employees, subcontractors and crews
  • Monitor manpower, productivity and daily progress
  • Coordinate daily activities with PMs, foremen, GCs and other trades
  • Review drawings, plans and specifications
  • Identify manpower, material and scheduling issues
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements
  • Inspect work for quality and address issues in the field
  • Maintain communication with Project Management
  • Attend jobsite meetings when required
  • Complete daily reports, photos and project documentation
  • Enforce site safety requirements
  • Travel between assigned job sites as required

About the Candidate

  • Commercial construction field experience
  • Previous Foreman, Supervisor or Field Leadership experience
  • Drywall, framing, carpentry, insulation or related trade experience
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite operations
  • Able to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Confident managing crews and subcontractors
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA certification preferred
