About the Role
As Field Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring all installation and service teams deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the company’s high quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating statewide installation and service crews
- Conducting site visits and audits to ensure compliance and performance
- Overseeing scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across projects
- Acting as the key link between field staff, project management, and senior leadership
- Supporting training, process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Ensuring safety standards and quality control are maintained at all times
About the Candidate
We’re seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager with a background in Low Voltage, Security, or Fire & Life Safety systems — ideally someone who has worked hands-on or led teams in CCTV, Access Control, or Intrusion Detection projects.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the Fire & Security or Low Voltage industry
- Proven experience managing multiple field teams or technicians
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and related systems (no AV-only backgrounds)
- Ability to manage statewide projects and maintain operational oversight while travelling extensively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and scheduling skills
Package:
- $75,000–$95,000 base salary (depending on experience)
