About the Role

Oversee all installation work on site.

Create plans and schedules for installations.

Make sure all work meets our high standards and project plans.

Deal with any issues that come up on site quickly.

Guide and motivate our installation teams.

Make sure everyone follows health and safety rules strictly.

Keep good records of site progress and safety.

Communicate well with clients, other contractors, and our internal teams.
About the Candidate
- You must have proven experience as a Site Manager or Installation Manager in the facades or architectural glazing industry.
- You understand aluminium glazing systems well (like curtain walls, windows, and doors).
- You're great at leading and managing installation teams.
- You have a valid SMSTS or SSSTS certificate (a key health and safety qualification).
- You can easily read and understand building plans and drawings.
- You're very organized and can handle multiple tasks.
- You communicate clearly and get along well with people.
- You're proactive and good at finding solutions.
- You have a full UK driving license.
