• Lead the preparation and delivery of tenders and pricing for façade projects of varying sizes and complexity.

• Conduct thorough analysis of architectural drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.

• Develop comprehensive cost sheets, including accurate quantity take-offs.

• Prepare and complete the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of estimating processes and tools.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering tenders and pricing within the Façade industry.

• In-depth understanding of architectural drawings and specifications.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cost sheet preparation, including detailed quantity take-offs.

• Experience in completing project Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
