We are a well-established and reputable specialist contractor operating within the facade industry. As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you'll help manage the money side of our facade projects. This means:

• Keeping track of costs: Helping with budgets, checking how much things cost, and managing payments.
• Working with numbers: Measuring work done and figuring out how much to pay.
• Dealing with other companies: Working with the companies who supply materials and do some of the work.
• Writing reports: Keeping everyone updated on how much things are costing.
• Understanding contracts: Learning about the agreements we have with clients.
• Working with the team: Helping the project managers and site managers.

• Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally working with building facades before.

• Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or something similar.

• Skills:

• Good with numbers and details.

• Know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word.

• It would be good if you know how to use cost management software.

• Good at talking to people and negotiating.

• Able to work on your own and with others.

• Organized and pay attention to detail.
